Hofer's Wedding and Grooms cakes were shown on the "Food Network" show "The Secret Life of ... Wedding Cakes" hosted by Jim O'Connor. We were approached by the show after they had heard of our reputation as being one of Americas leading experts on these cakes. After a full day of filming last fall, we had our television debut on Valentine's Day!
