HOFER'S BAKERY MAIL ORDER RETURN POLICY 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason*, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Returns must be made within ten days of the purchase date. Refund for items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type once we have received the return.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid and traceable method to the address below:

*NOTE: Hofer's can assume no risk for heat damage due to hot weather and can offer no refunds or replacements. Since we bake with no chemicals or preservatives, mold may occur due to shipping delays, packages left in the sun or other circumstances beyond our control.  We ask customers to immediately freeze all bread that is not being used to avoid molding issues..
